Abstract:
This paper focuses on the characteristics and challenges of Yulong Kashi Water Conservancy Project. Centering around the five management elements of "safety, quality, schedule, investment, and environmental and water conservation, " it conducts top-level planning from both management and technical perspectives. The paper discusses the application of BIM technology in visualization, construction management, and specialized construction processes during the construction phase. By leveraging the 3DE platform and self-developed tools, it achieves information integration, seamless data transfer, and customized presentation of BIM data. Based on BeiDou Navigation Satellite System, this study establishes a comprehensive rolling compaction monitoring system, enabling real-time monitoring of rolling parameters such as the number of passes, trajectories, settlement, and vibration frequency, thereby effectively ensuring the quality of dam rolling and filling. Practice has proven that the achievements of this paper in promoting management and technological innovation through application have enhanced the level of intelligent construction management in hydropower projects and also provided effective reference and guidance for the application of BIM technology in similar projects.
