Abstract: Through the project practice analysis and research, it is found that with the continuous development of Internet technology and the continuous progress of science and technology, BIM+ smart site has played an increasingly important role in the process of project construction management. In the construction process, the platform is used to integrate information and data to integrate and apply the whole process data, so as to improve the collaborative efficiency of all parties in project management.BIM+ smart site realizes the integration and parameter sharing of model and data, collects the data of the project construction site in real time and uploads the smart site platform to realize data sharing, which provides a basis for project decision-making and improves the level of project information collaborative management and the digitalization, automation, and intelligence of construction sites.
