基于私有云的BIM设计协同管理平台研究

  • 摘要: 目前我国大力推动数字化转型,BIM技术成为建筑工程行业数字化转型的重要技术之一。作为BIM技术应用中的主流工作模式,BIM正向设计模式具有设计成果几何形态准确、数据精度高及设计质量高的优势。然而,这一模式在设计协同过程中的校审、数据信息安全等方面还有所欠缺。本文从BIM正向设计实际需求与数据安全的角度出发,自主开发出一套基于私有云的BIM设计协同管理平台,具有私有云部署、任务驱动设计协同机制等特点,并在武汉某医院项目中得以实践应用。结果表明,基于私有云的BIM设计协同管理平台可以提高BIM正向设计的整体管理水平和设计效率,具有广泛的应用和市场价值。

     

    Abstract: At present, the country is vigorously promoting digital transformation, and BIM is an important technology in the digital transformation of the construction industry. BIM positive design faces problems such as lack of design process management and difficulty in ensuring design standardization. Starting from the practical needs of BIM positive design and data security, this article independently developed a BIM design collaborative management platform based on private cloud, which has the characteristics of private cloud deployment and task driven design collaboration mechanism, and has been applied in a hospital project in Wuhan. The results indicate that collaborative platforms can improve the overall management level and design efficiency of BIM positive design, and have wide application and market value.
