基于BIM的土建深化设计要点及配套工具研究

Research on Key Points and Supporting Tools of Building Deepening Design Based on BIM

  • 摘要: 针对传统二维图纸在深化设计阶段存在的协调效率低、可视化不足等问题,本文探讨了BIM技术在土建工程中深化设计的适用性及标准化应用流程。通过梳理土建工程中的深化设计分项,总结了每个分项的深化设计关键要点,并结合BIM技术在每个深化设计分项中的应用以确定了其应用的方向。通过与实际工程相结合,系统地梳理了与项目需求适配度较高的BIM深化设计软件功能及其使用场景。本文以基坑专项工程、劲性结构专项工程为例,构建了基于BIM技术驱动的智能化应用方案,验证了依托BIM技术对深化设计工作质量和效率提升的应用价值,为BIM技术在土建深化设计中的标准化应用提供了理论支撑与实践路径。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the problems of low coordination efficiency and insufficient visualization in the deepening design stage of traditional two-dimensional drawings, this paper probes into the applicability and standardized application process of BIM technology in the deepening design of civil engineering. By combing the sub-items of deepening design in civil engineering, the key points of deepening design of each sub-item are summarized. Combined with BIM application in each deepening design sub-item, the applicable direction of BIM technology is determined. By combining with the actual project, the functions and usage scenarios of the BIM deepening software with high adaptability to the project requirements are systematically sorted out. Taking special projects of foundation pit and rigid structure as examples, this paper constructs an intelligent application scheme driven by BIM technology, and confirms the application value of relying on BIM technology to deepen the quality and efficiency improvement of design work. This paper provides theoretical support and practical path for the standardized application of BIM technology in civil engineering deepening design.
