BIM技术在超高全钢电视塔管线综合施工中的应用

The Application of BIM Technology in the Comprehensive Construction of Ultra-high Steel TV Tower Pipeline

  • 摘要: 本文结合宁夏回族自治区某超高全钢电视塔项目应用案例,基于BIM管线综合设计方法,通过分析BIM技术在模型建立、碰撞检测、问题报告、管线综合、深化设计出图等方面的应用,阐述了管线综合施工在项目现场安装中如何优化施工流程、提高安装质量、加快交付速度,并研究了BIM辅助项目施工的必要性,能有效提高项目施工进程与经济效益。本文通过研究复杂超高特种结构BIM管综设计技术,以期为今后同类型项目BIM技术的应用提供技术参考。同时,验证了管线综合排布对空间合理利用、提高现场管线安装效率以及保障安装质量具有重要意义。

     

    Abstract: Based on the application case of an ultra-high all-steel TV tower project in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region and the comprehensive design method of BIM pipeline, this paper analyzes the application of BIM technology in model establishment, collision detection, problem report, pipeline synthesis, deepening involved drawing and other aspects, and expounds how to optimize the construction process, improve the installation quality and accelerate the delivery speed of pipeline comprehensive construction in the project site installation. The necessity of BIM-assisted project construction is studied, which can effectively improve the project construction process and economic benefits. By studying the BIM pipe design technology of complex ultra-high special structure, it is expected to provide technical reference for the application of BIM technology in the same type of project in the future. The importance of comprehensive pipeline arrangement to the rational use of space, the improvement of on-site pipeline installation efficiency and the guarantee of installation quality is discussed.
