Abstract:
Based on the application case of an ultra-high all-steel TV tower project in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region and the comprehensive design method of BIM pipeline, this paper analyzes the application of BIM technology in model establishment, collision detection, problem report, pipeline synthesis, deepening involved drawing and other aspects, and expounds how to optimize the construction process, improve the installation quality and accelerate the delivery speed of pipeline comprehensive construction in the project site installation. The necessity of BIM-assisted project construction is studied, which can effectively improve the project construction process and economic benefits. By studying the BIM pipe design technology of complex ultra-high special structure, it is expected to provide technical reference for the application of BIM technology in the same type of project in the future. The importance of comprehensive pipeline arrangement to the rational use of space, the improvement of on-site pipeline installation efficiency and the guarantee of installation quality is discussed.
