基于Tekla Structures二次开发的装配式预制叠合板深化设计应用与研究

Application and Research on Prefabricated Composite Slabs Based on Software Tekla Structures Secondary Development

  • 摘要: 预制工厂根据预制构件深化设计图纸进行构件制作,其中预制叠合板在装配式建筑中应用最多。针对目前我国装配式深化设计使用CAD软件的效率低、材料数据统计精度差和修改工作量大等问题,本文基于Tekla Structures软件平台,运用C#语言二次开发读取CAD数据,创建预制叠合板BIM模型作为解决方案,极大地提升了叠合板的建模速度。本研究通过Tekla平台二次开发生成预制叠合板的源代码示例,批量读取叠合板CAD拆分平面坐标数据,批量生成混凝土板、配筋和桁架钢筋模型,实践验证能够提高预制叠合板深化设计的工作效率。

     

    Abstract: The prefabricated factory produces components based on the detailed design drawings of the prefabricated components, among which the prefabricated composite slabs are the widely used in prefabricated buildings. In response to the current problems of low efficiency in deepening design of prefabricated buildings using CAD software, low accuracy of material data statistics, and large amount of modification work, this study uses the Tekla Structures software platform to create a BIM model of prefabricated composite slabs by reading CAD data using C# language. This solution significantly improves the modeling speed of composite slabs.An example of source code for generating precast composite slabs through secondary development on the Tekla platform, which can read the coordinates of the CAD plane in batches and generate concrete slabs, reinforcement, and truss reinforcement models in batches, can improve the efficiency of detailed design of precast composite slabs.
