Abstract:
To continuously advance the refined management of projects and create high-quality engineering, this paper focuses on the Beijing Urban Planning and Design Institute's new comprehensive building project. Through the in-depth application of BIM construction technology in the design, production, and construction stages, especially the innovative applications in ultra-low energy consumption, resilient buildings, and smart buildings, the advantages of BIM technology in the process of project construction and management are explored. The results show that BIM technology not only enhances construction efficiency and achieves the goal of reducing overall construction costs but also accelerates the construction speed of resilient buildings, providing valuable references and insights for similar projects.
