“BIM+智慧工地”在档案馆新建工程项目中的创新应用

Innovative Application of "BIM+Smart Construction Site" in the New Construction Project of Archives

  • 摘要: 石景山区政务服务中心及档案馆新建工程在施工过程中面临严格的质量标准和紧迫的工期要求。为促进施工智能化进程并提高施工及管理效能,本项目引入了数字化技术,通过实施BIM技术、智能化解决方案以及物联网技术,成功促进了工程管理团队与现场施工的高效协同,并构建了一个集成化的智慧指挥中心平台。同时将BIM技术与智慧工地深度结合,应用于钢结构连接节点、放样与地基工艺模拟方面,实现了管理智能化、操作便捷化以及项目经济化,在推动绿色建造、信息技术应用及提升社会竞争力等方面具有参考意义。

     

    Abstract: The new construction project of Shijingshan District Government Service Center and Archives faced strict quality standards and urgent schedule requirements during the construction process. To promote the process of intelligent construction and improve construction and management efficiency, this project has introduced digital technology. By implementing BIM Technology, intelligent solutions, and Internet of Things technology, it has successfully promoted efficient collaboration between the engineering management team and on-site construction, and built an integrated intelligent command center platform. In particular, this project deeply integrates BIM technology with smart construction sites and applies it to steel structure connection nodes, layout, and foundation process simulation. The project achieves intelligent management, convenient operation, and project economy, which has reference significance in promoting green construction, information technology application, and enhancing social competitiveness.
