DeepSeek赋能BIM工程管理平台的应用场景探索

Exploration of Application Scenarios of DeepSeek Empowering BIM Engineering Management Platforms

  • 摘要: 基于BIM的工程管理平台以开展建设工程“三控三管一协调”数字化应用场景为主。通过在平台本地化部署DeepSeek,结合RAG、Agent等技术,发挥大语言模型的生成、推理能力,搭建工程管理问答知识库。本文初步研究、落地了大语言模型与工程管理平台融合应用的场景,实现了以AI驱动工程数据治理、BIM模型信息交互、施工进度控制等,强化了工作效率与管理精度,赋能工程造价及投资控制、工程安全监测和质量安全巡检等信息化管理模块。同时,构建了三维可视化成本决策中枢,闭环建设工程全周期资金流智慧管控,实现施工安全态势感知管理体系,为建筑工程智能建造、智能决策、协同管理升级提供了有益参考。

     

    Abstract: The BIM-based engineering management platform primarily focuses on digital application scenarios of the "Three Controls, Three Managements, and One Coordination" in construction projects. By deploying DeepSeek locally on the platform and integrating technologies like RAG and Agent, the platform leverages generative and reasoning capabilities of AI to establish an engineering management Q&A knowledge base. Initial research and implementation explore the integration of large language models with engineering management platforms. This approach enables AI-driven engineering data governance, BIM model information exchange, and construction schedule control, enhancing workflow efficiency and management accuracy. It empowers modules such as cost estimation, safety monitoring, and quality inspection, while constructing a 3D visual cost decision hub and closing the loop for lifecycle fund flow management. The platform also establishes a safety situational awareness system, advancing intelligent construction, decision-making, and collaborative management in the construction industry.
