基于CAD的吊车三视图参数化绘制方法研究

Research on Parametric Drawing Method of Three-view for Crane Based on CAD

  • 摘要: 为提升施工企业一线技术人员的吊车绘图效率,提高起重吊装方案质量,提前规避吊装潜在问题,提出基于中望CAD软件的吊车三视图参数化绘制的总体技术路线,涵盖制图标准、参数设定及绘制流程设置等,研发了基于中望CAD的插件工具,并以100t汽车吊为例介绍了汽车吊三视图参数化绘制过程。结果表明,吊车三视图参数化绘制工具实用性极高,有效提升了相关技术人员的绘图效率与质量,为企业新质生产力发展奠定了良好的基础。

     

    Abstract: In order to improve the efficiency of crane drawing for front-line technical personnel in construction enterprises, enhance the quality of lifting and hoisting plans, and avoid potential lifting problems in advance, a general technical route for parametric drawing of crane three views based on Zhongwang CAD software is proposed, covering drawing standards, parameter settings, and drawing process settings. A plug-in tool based on Zhongwang CAD has been developed, and the parametric drawing process of crane three views is introduced using a 100 ton truck crane as an example. The results indicate that the crane three view parametric drawing tool has extremely high practicality, effectively improving the drawing efficiency and quality of relevant technical personnel, and laying a good foundation for the development of new quality productivity in enterprises.
