基于Dynamo的连续梁桥施工期可视化监测技术研究

Dynamo-based Research in Visualization and Monitoring of Continuous Girder Bridges

  • 摘要: 由于桥梁施工过程中监测环境复杂,监控的数据不可避免地会出现冗余、分析不便等问题,这将降低施工过程的有效性与可信性。为了提升桥梁施工准确性与应急决策的效率,本文基于桥梁信息模型与可视化编程提出了一种桥梁监测数据可视化方法,利用Revit与Dynamo技术建立桥梁模型,探索了桥梁和数字孪生技术的融合应用。通过Dynamo编程及Python将项目监测数据与模型关联,同时对超过阈值的监测点能够及时预警,实现对项目整体精准把控。本研究以咸宁石子岭大桥及监测数据为对象,展示了数据可视化的过程及效果,结果表明:建模与可视化编程融合应用可简化桥梁建模中的重复步骤,提高建模效率。将监测数据线性反映到RGB色彩显示,该方法可以更好地展示数据所体现的信息,桥梁施工过程中的后续环节可以被更准确地把控。

     

    Abstract: Due to the complexity of the monitoring environment during the bridge construction process, the monitored data will inevitably be redundant and inconvenient to analyze, which will reduce the effectiveness and credibility of the construction process. In order to improve the efficiency of bridge construction accuracy and emergency decision-making, a bridge monitoring data visualization method is developed based on bridge information modeling and visualization programming. Revit and Dynamo technology are utilized to build bridge models and explore the integration application of bridge and digital twin technology. Through Dynamo programming and Python, the project monitoring data are associated with the model, while the monitoring data exceeding the threshold value can be timely warning to realize the overall accurate control of the project. Taking Xianning Shiziling Bridge and monitoring data as the object, the process and effect of data visualization are demonstrated. The results show that the integration of modeling and visualization programming can simplify the repetitive steps in bridge modeling and improve the modeling efficiency. By linearly reflecting the monitoring data to the RGB color display, the method can better show the information embodied in the data, and the subsequent links in the bridge construction process can be more accurately controlled.
