Abstract:
Due to the complexity of the monitoring environment during the bridge construction process, the monitored data will inevitably be redundant and inconvenient to analyze, which will reduce the effectiveness and credibility of the construction process. In order to improve the efficiency of bridge construction accuracy and emergency decision-making, a bridge monitoring data visualization method is developed based on bridge information modeling and visualization programming. Revit and Dynamo technology are utilized to build bridge models and explore the integration application of bridge and digital twin technology. Through Dynamo programming and Python, the project monitoring data are associated with the model, while the monitoring data exceeding the threshold value can be timely warning to realize the overall accurate control of the project. Taking Xianning Shiziling Bridge and monitoring data as the object, the process and effect of data visualization are demonstrated. The results show that the integration of modeling and visualization programming can simplify the repetitive steps in bridge modeling and improve the modeling efficiency. By linearly reflecting the monitoring data to the RGB color display, the method can better show the information embodied in the data, and the subsequent links in the bridge construction process can be more accurately controlled.
