Abstract:
The current market environment is highly competitive, with the superior surviving and the inferior being eliminated. High quality and low price have gradually become the survival strategy for enterprises. The industry has reached a consensus on deriving value from management and profit from models. Based on standardized management and modular construction, this paper proposes a new construction model that integrates digital design, industrial production, and green construction. This model has demonstrated significant effectiveness in the mechanical and electrical installation of standard floors. Focusing on the entire implementation process of this new construction method, practical cases are used to elaborate on research achievements in BIM deepening and optimization, BIM splitting and cutting, as well as precise embedding construction techniques. Innovative applications such as the BIM pipeline splitting plugin, centralized processing base, and precise positioning measures have laid the foundation for realizing digital design, industrial production, and modular construction in mechanical and electrical installation. This new construction approach addresses issues at their source, effectively verifying its advancement and feasibility. It achieves goals such as reducing operational steps, eliminating quality defects, and minimizing safety risks, providing a valuable reference for similar projects.
