基于Revit+Dynamo的铁路桥梁参数化建模技术研究与应用

Research and Application of Parametric Modeling Technology for Railway Bridges Based on Revit+Dynamo

  • 摘要: 精细化BIM模型是开展铁路工程智能建造、智能运维的前提条件, 为了提高铁路桥梁BIM设计的效率和精度, 本文对不同软件平台进行技术比选, 并选择Revit+Dynamo技术路线。首先, 综合运用嵌套族、轮廓族等手段, 创建桥梁上下部结构族文件, 形成参数化族库;其次, 使用Dynamo图形化编程工具, 结合Python自定义节点, 开发铁路桥梁BIM设计程序, 再以表格数据为输入, 读取XML格式的空间线位信息, 调用参数化族库, 完成各类桥梁构件自动化BIM模型装配;最后, 在新建广州至湛江高速铁路应用研发成果, 在Revit建模环境下完成铁路桥梁BIM设计。经验证, 本文提出的设计方法能有效提高铁路桥梁BIM设计效率和精度, 为铁路桥梁BIM正向设计提供了一种借鉴思路。

     

    Abstract: Elaborate BIM model is a prerequisite to intelligent construction and intelligent maintenance in railway engineering. In order to improve the efficiency and accuracy of railway bridge BIM design, this paper launches technology comparison for different BIM platform, and the Revit+Dynamo technology route is selected. Firstly, applying nest family and profile family comprehensively, the upper and lower structure family files of bridge are created to form a parameterized family library. Then, integrating customer python node, the Dynamo graphical programming tool is used to develop a railway bridge BIM design program, using table data as input, reading spatial alignment information in XML format, calling parameterized family library, and completing the automated BIM model assembly of various bridge components. Finally, using research results, the bridge BIM design engineering application was fulfilled for newly built Guangzhou-Zhanjiang high-speed railway in Revit environment. After verification, design method proposed in this paper can effectively improve the efficiency and accuracy of railway bridge BIM design, providing a reference for railway bridge forward BIM design.
