基于BIM技术的现代酒店建筑电气设计要点分析

Analysis of the Key Points of Electrical Design of Modern Hotel Building Based on BIM Technology

  • 摘要: 随着建筑业数字化转型, 作为建筑领域新技术的BIM技术, 可较好地构建建筑物全专业模型, 实现数据实时共享, 使建筑具备在全生命周期中可重复使用的信息。本文基于实际案例, 聚焦BIM技术在现代酒店建筑中的电气工程创新应用, 分析了电气系统设计时BIM应用策略, 探讨了通过三维协同、数据集成与全生命周期管理提升电气系统的管道排布、线材选择以及设备安装设计的效率与可靠性, 为公共建筑的多功能、多场景、多专业的综合模型设计提供了一种解决方案。

     

    Abstract: With the digital transformation of construction industry, BIM technology, as a new technology in the field of construction, can better construct the full professional model of buildings, realize real-time data sharing, and make the building have information that can be reused throughout its life cycle.This paper focuses on the innovative application of BIM technology in electrical engineering for modern hotel buildings, based on real cases. It analyzes the BIM application strategies during electrical system design and explores how three-dimensional collaboration, data integration, and lifecycle management can enhance the efficiency and reliability of duct layout, cable selection, and equipment installation design. This provides a solution for the comprehensive model design of public buildings with multiple functions, scenarios, and specialties.
