Abstract: Relying on the green and intelligent construction practice of the large-scale railway integrated transportation hub of Xiongan Intercity Station, focusing on the core connotation of new quality productivity, and combining with the factory model of modern industrial manufacturing, we carry out theoretical exploration and application practice of project production and management innovation, and form the innovative "four-in-one" theory of "project factoryization, production equipmentization, equipment intelligence, and management informatization" and a series of technical and management innovation results, which enable the improvement of the production and management level of the project, and provide valuable reference for the refined control of production factors of traditional engineering projects, precise supervision of production links, green and sustainable production processes, high-quality delivery of physical projects, and transformation of enterprises to high-quality development, and open up ideas for the construction industry to further develop towards industrialization, intelligence, and greening.
