Abstract:
With the progress of society and the development of the economy, various irregular public buildings are emerging. However, during the construction process of irregular reinforced concrete structures, there are often problems such as the difficulty in precisely controlling complex shapes and accurately calculating the usage of different types of reinforcing bars. To solve these problems, a program based on Rhino and custom-developed for Grasshopper was used to quickly achieve the layout of free form rebars, the deepening of formwork jointing and numbering, the force calculation of the formwork support system, the drawing of the usage of different types of reinforcing bars, and the display of the three-dimensional spatial relationship of reinforcing bars. The results show that the application of this technology is conducive to improving construction quality, reducing material waste, and lowering construction safety risks.
