大体积混凝土结构施工管理云平台开发与应用

Development and Application of Construction Management Cloud Platform for Mass Concrete Structure

  • 摘要: 针对当前大体积混凝土结构施工过程中信息化管理水平较低等因素导致的施工质量难以保障的问题,本文通过分析施工现场大体积混凝土结构功能需求,构建了前后端分离的工程管理平台业务框架及平台功能框架。在此基础上,基于B/S架构,采用WebGL与Three.js技术开发了基于WebGL技术的大体积混凝土智能监控系统,通过监测温度、湿度、应力及裂缝等多项关键参数,有效实现了施工过程中的质量监控与预警。通过结合广湛高铁珠三角大型综合交通枢纽项目实际案例应用,结果表明:该系统显著提升了大体积混凝土施工过程中温控与质量监测的精确度,并通过可视化手段实现了数据的直观展示,直接保障了施工质量,为大型基础设施工程建设施工管理数字化转型明确了技术路径,有力推动了智能建造技术持续向前发展。

     

    Abstract: In view of the problem that the construction quality is difficult to guarantee due to the low level of information management in the construction process of mass concrete structure, this paper analyzes the functional requirements of mass concrete structure in the construction site, and constructs the business framework and platform function framework of engineering management platform with front-end and back-end separation. On this basis, based on the B/S architecture, the intelligent monitoring system of mass concrete based on WebGL technology is developed by using WebGL and Three.js technology. By monitoring many key parameters such as temperature, humidity, stress and crack, the quality monitoring and early warning in the construction process are effectively realized. By combining the practical case application of the large-scale comprehensive transportation hub project in the Pearl River Delta of Guangzhan high-speed railway, the application results show that the system significantly improves the accuracy of temperature control and quality monitoring in the construction process of mass concrete, and realizes the visual display of data through visual means, which directly guarantees the construction quality, clarifies the technical path for the digital transformation of construction management of large-scale infrastructure projects, and effectively promotes the continuous development of intelligent construction technology.
