Abstract:
In view of the problem that the construction quality is difficult to guarantee due to the low level of information management in the construction process of mass concrete structure, this paper analyzes the functional requirements of mass concrete structure in the construction site, and constructs the business framework and platform function framework of engineering management platform with front-end and back-end separation. On this basis, based on the B/S architecture, the intelligent monitoring system of mass concrete based on WebGL technology is developed by using WebGL and Three.js technology. By monitoring many key parameters such as temperature, humidity, stress and crack, the quality monitoring and early warning in the construction process are effectively realized. By combining the practical case application of the large-scale comprehensive transportation hub project in the Pearl River Delta of Guangzhan high-speed railway, the application results show that the system significantly improves the accuracy of temperature control and quality monitoring in the construction process of mass concrete, and realizes the visual display of data through visual means, which directly guarantees the construction quality, clarifies the technical path for the digital transformation of construction management of large-scale infrastructure projects, and effectively promotes the continuous development of intelligent construction technology.
