Abstract:
Traditional railway bridge construction has problems such as extensive management and high safety risks. Quality control relies heavily on the level and experience of workers, and the degree of automation and intelligent application in the construction process is relatively low. In the construction of large-scale railways, the use of Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology to build a multidisciplinary collaborative BIM design platform has become a key solution when facing challenges such as scheme demonstration, visual decision-making, complex design processes, and safety and quality control of construction spaces in railway construction projects. This plan aims to identify and address key issues during the construction process in advance, thereby creating favorable conditions for subsequent construction. This article will take the newly-built LWZQ-2 section of the Liuwu Railway as an example to explain in detail the specific application of BIM technology in the railway construction stage a set of efficient management methods and processes will be summarized and refined, aiming to provide useful reference and inspiration for similar railway construction projects.
