Abstract:
This paper takes the formwork engineering of the main structure of Xiong'an Intercity Station Integrated Transportation Hub as the research subject. Addressing issues such as low utilization rates, inefficient processing, poor quality stability, subpar on-site civilized construction, numerous safety hazards, and severe resource wastage in traditional formwork engineering, it systematically constructs an innovative intelligent formwork factory system based on digital-intelligent technologies. By integrating key technologies and processes such as digital forward formwork design, industrialized automated production, and systematic factory management, a comprehensive "digital design-industrialized production-factory management" trinity solution is formed, covering the entire process and lifecycle. Through practical implementation, the solution has effectively improved formwork utilization and turnover rates, enhanced production efficiency and processing accuracy, reduced safety risks, environmental pollution, and resource waste, and improved on-site civilized construction standards. It injects new quality productive forces into the upgrading of traditional wood formwork production and management models, promoting the transformation and development of formwork engineering toward digitalization, industrialization, sustainability, industrial upgrading, and modernization.
