Abstract:
With the rapid development of artificial intelligence technology, generative models have shown great potential in the field of architectural design. This study aims to develop a Revit-based plugin that integrates the Stable Diffusion model to optimize the application of Building Information Modeling (BIM) in architectural design. The plugin is capable of generating high-quality renderings in real-time based on BIM models, enhancing both design efficiency and visualization. Through a detailed analysis of the plugin's development process, functional implementation, and application effects, this study explores the impact of the deep integration of AI and BIM technology on the architectural design process. The results indicate that the Revit plugin integrated with the Stable Diffusion model can effectively improve the usability of BIM in architectural design and enhance the continuity of workflows from concept design to construction drawing generation.
