Optimizing BIM Architectural Design with Stable Diffusion Model: Development and Application of a Revit Plugin

  • 摘要: 随着人工智能技术的迅猛发展,生成式模型在建筑设计领域展现出巨大的潜力。本研究旨在开发一款基于Revit的插件,结合Stable Diffusion模型,优化BIM在建筑设计中的应用。该插件基于BIM模型,实时生成高质量的效果图,提升设计效率和可视化效果。通过对插件的开发过程、功能实现和应用效果的详细分析,探讨了AI与BIM技术的深度融合对建筑设计流程的影响。研究结果表明,结合Stable Diffusion模型的Revit插件能够有效提升BIM建筑设计的易用性,增强从方案设计到施工图绘制的工作流连贯性。

     

    Abstract: With the rapid development of artificial intelligence technology, generative models have shown great potential in the field of architectural design. This study aims to develop a Revit-based plugin that integrates the Stable Diffusion model to optimize the application of Building Information Modeling (BIM) in architectural design. The plugin is capable of generating high-quality renderings in real-time based on BIM models, enhancing both design efficiency and visualization. Through a detailed analysis of the plugin's development process, functional implementation, and application effects, this study explores the impact of the deep integration of AI and BIM technology on the architectural design process. The results indicate that the Revit plugin integrated with the Stable Diffusion model can effectively improve the usability of BIM in architectural design and enhance the continuity of workflows from concept design to construction drawing generation.
