基于BIM的智慧建造技术在航站楼修建中的融合应用

The Integrated Application of BIM-based Intelligent Construction Technology in Terminal Construction

  • 摘要: 本文以绵阳机场T2航站楼为例,应用BIM+智慧工地,为项目施工不停航提供了人员安全保障。利用AI算法,降低了人力成本,提高了管理效能。通过BIM技术将生产构件模型化之后,借助MR混合现实技术实现将构件施工过程全模拟的方式指导施工;借助三维激光扫描设备对目标实体数据化采集,为BIM模型的重新创建提供精确的数据支撑;采用BIM放线智能机器人全过程放线,自动照准及跟踪测量,减少人为误差,实现数字化操作。通过BIM+智慧建造技术在本项目管理中的融合应用,体现了数字化、集成化带来的精准可靠和高效便捷。

     

    Abstract: Taking the T2 terminal building of Mianyang Airport as an example, this paper applies BIM + intelligent construction site to provide personnel safety guarantee for non-stop flight of project construction. Using AI algorithm, the labor cost is reduced and the management efficiency is improved. After modeling the production components through BIM technology, the construction process of the components is simulated by MR mixed reality technology to guide the construction. With the help of 3D laser scanning equipment, the target entity data is collected to provide accurate data support for the re-creation of BIM model. The BIM intelligent robot is used to set out the whole process of the line, automatically align and track the measurement, reduce the human error, and realize the digital operation. Through the integration and application of BIM + intelligent construction technology in this project management, it reflects the accuracy, reliability, efficiency and convenience brought by digitization and integration.
