数字化技术在筏板基础嵌套式结构精准施工中的创新应用

The Innovative Application of Digital Technology in the Precise Construction of the Nested Structure of the Raft Foundation

  • 摘要: 本文通过在泉州数字经济产业园二期综合服务大楼项目中开展数字化技术在基础工程中的应用,从施工技术重难点,到关键施工工艺技术原理提炼,再到具体项目执行和评估验证,总结了一整套基于数字化技术的基础工程土方开挖、垫层施工的新型施工方法,解决了现场人员图纸理解难、方案交底难、现场放样难以及成本管控难等诸多难点,达到了项目降本增效的目的,相比于传统施工方法,具有明显优势。

     

    Abstract: In this paper, the application of digital technology in basic engineering is carried out in the second phase of the comprehensive service building project of Quanzhou Digital Economy Industrial Park. From the key and difficult points of construction technology, to the extraction of key construction technology principles, to the implementation and evaluation of specific projects, a set of new construction methods based on digital technology for foundation engineering earthwork excavation and cushion construction are summarized. The proposed method solves many difficulties, such as the difficulty of understanding the drawings, the difficulty of explaining the scheme, the difficulty of setting out on site and the difficulty of cost control. The research method achieves the purpose of reducing the cost and increasing the efficiency of the project. Compared with the traditional construction method, it has obvious advantages.
