基于BIM的办公建筑综合管线排布净高控制技术应用研究

Research on the Application of BIM-based Clear Height Control Technology in Comprehensive Pipeline Layout of Office Buildings

  • 摘要: 本文研究了基于BIM技术在办公建筑综合管线排布中的净高控制技术应用,从设计施工多角度分析了项目所面临的工程难点与BIM应用难点,阐述了机电管线的基本特点,提出了地下与地上部分的设计前置、提前模拟、过程控制以及管线安装等实施问题,并对最终实施效果进行了总结,并解决了在极限层高条件下满足最大净空要求的构想。

     

    Abstract: This paper conducts an in-depth study on the application of Building Information Modeling (BIM)-based clear height control technology in comprehensive pipeline layout for office buildings. This paper analyzes the engineering difficulties and BIM application difficulties faced by the project from multiple perspectives of design and construction, and expounds the basic characteristics of electromechanical pipelines. The implementation problems of design preposition, early simulation, process control and pipeline installation of underground and aboveground parts are put forward. The final implementation effect is summarized, and the idea of meeting the maximum clearance requirement under the condition of limit layer height is solved.
