基于BIM的异形洞口智能预留软件开发与实践

Software Development and Practice of Intelligent Reservation of Shaped Opening Based on BIM

  • 摘要: 随着建筑数字化的发展,智能软件也得到了迅速的发展,然而,目前市面上的商业BIM软件并不能解决复杂工程中复杂机电管线带来的异形洞口高效、精准预留的问题,从而造成质量问题和防火隐患。笔者分析实际需求,制定关键技术路线,根据目前市场的软件情况,选择通用的Revit平台,开发了鼹鼠精灵智能软件,实现了墙体异形洞口的精准预留、自动识别、自动标注、自动出图,还能进行开洞前后工程量对比。该软件在北京工人体育场改造项目上进行了成功应用,取得了较好的经济效益,具有良好的推广价值。

     

    Abstract: With the development of building digitalization, intelligent software has also been developed rapidly. However, the current commercial BIM software on the market does not solve the problem of efficient and accurate reservation of shaped holes brought about by complex electromechanical pipelines in complex projects. Thus causing quality problems and fire hazards. The author analyzes the actual demand and formulates the key technology route. According to the software situation of the current market, the general Revit platform is selected, and the intelligent software of the Mole Elves is developed. It realizes the accurate reservation of wall shaped holes, automatic identification, automatic marking, automatic drawing, and also compares the amount of work before and after opening the holes. The software has been successfully applied in the renovation project of Beijing Workers Stadium, which has achieved good economic benefits and has good popularization.
