董家村渡槽施工全过程综合信息管理系统设计与研究

Design and Research of Integrated Information Management System for the Whole Construction Process of Dongjiacun Aqueduct

  • 摘要: 董家村渡槽作为区域输水工程的关键枢纽,其施工过程具有结构复杂、高空作业多、质量要求高、安全风险大等特点。传统施工管理模式存在信息碎片化、协同效率低及风险响应滞后等问题,难以满足现代化工程建设需求。本文聚焦系统中智能张拉模块的智能化实现,通过构建“感知-分析-控制”闭环体系,融合物联网监测、PID自适应控制与数字孪生技术,实现预应力施工的实时监测、精准调控与过程追溯。应用结果表明,该模块将张拉控制精度提升至±1.5%,预应力损失率降低50%,为渡槽工程施工管理提供了数字化、智能化解决方案,也为水利工程智能化建设提供了参考。

     

    Abstract: As a key hub of regional water conveyance project, the construction process of Dongjiacun aqueduct has the characteristics of complex structure, high-altitude operation, high quality requirement and high safety risk. The traditional construction management mode has the problems of information fragmentation, low coordination efficiency and lagging risk response, which is difficult to meet the needs of modern engineering construction. This paper focuses on the intelligent realization of the intelligent tensioning module in the system. By constructing a 'perception-analysis-control' closed-loop system, integrating Internet of Things monitoring, PID adaptive control and digital twin technology, the real-time monitoring, precise control and process traceability of prestressed construction are realized. The application results show that the module improves the tension control accuracy to ±1.5%, and the prestress loss rate is reduced by 50%. The proposed method provides a digital and intelligent solution for the construction management of aqueduct projects, and also provides a reference for the intelligent construction of water conservancy projects.
