设计BIM与施工BIM一体化模式应用研究

Research on the Application of the Integrated Mode of Design BIM and Construction BIM

  • 摘要: 随着我国建筑行业的发展和信息城市化进程的推动,建筑行业粗放式管理及设计与施工执行之间存在严重的衔接不畅问题,直接导致工程陷入工期失控、造价虚高、质量隐患凸显的困境,这类问题在功能集成度高、施工工艺精密的项目中尤为明显。设计与施工BIM一体化模式作为破解这一行业难题的有效路径,其应用价值愈发受到关注。本文以某任务大厅为研究载体,聚焦设计与施工BIM一体化模式下,为精准满足建筑功能使用需求所采取的最优技术方案。针对项目核心需求,系统开展了管线排布BIM优化设计、管线碰撞点排查与处理、屏蔽壳体与机电界面融合设计及吊顶装饰深化设计等关键工作。通过理论分析和实践验证的方式, 提炼出了具体可行的建筑设计优化实施路径。实践结果表明,该模式可显著提升参建各方沟通效率、有效降低施工总成本、大幅缩短施工总工期,所创造的综合效益远超传统施工方法,具备极强的推广价值与行业借鉴意义。

     

    Abstract: With the development of China 's construction industry and the promotion of information urbanization, there is a serious problem of poor connection between extensive management and design and construction execution in the construction industry. Such problems directly lead to the project into the dilemma of out-of-control construction period, high cost and prominent quality hidden dangers. Such problems are particularly obvious in projects with high functional integration and precise construction technology. As an effective way to solve the problem of this industry, the application value of BIM integration mode of design and construction has attracted more and more attention. This paper takes a certain task hall as the research carrier, focusing on the optimal technical solutions adopted to accurately meet the functional requirements of the building under the integrated BIM mode for design and construction. In view of the core requirements of the project, the key work of BIM optimization design of pipeline arrangement, investigation and treatment of pipeline collision points, integration design of shielding shell and electromechanical interface, and deepening design of ceiling decoration are systematically carried out. Through theoretical analysis and practical verification, specific and feasible implementation paths for optimizing architectural design are summarized. Practice results show that this mode can significantly improve the communication efficiency among all participating parties, effectively reduce the total construction cost, and greatly shorten the total construction period. The comprehensive benefit is far more than the traditional construction method, and the proposed method has strong promotion value and industry reference significance.
