Abstract:
With the wide application of BIM technology in the general contracting management of urban rail transit construction, it has become even more important to further explore the role of BIM technology in engineering construction, project management and design optimization. Taking the Shenzhen Metro Line 13 general contracting project as a case study, this paper conducts an in-depth analysis of the practical application of BIM in construction general contracting management. The specific measures of BIM in engineering overview and key and difficult points, BIM work standard establishment, scheme optimization and BIM model collaborative management are analyzed. This paper expounds how BIM technology can improve the efficiency, quality, safety and synergy of project management, so as to promote the modernization of construction industry. The research shows that the comprehensive application of BIM technology in the field of urban rail transit not only improves the quality and safety of the project, but also shortens the construction period. The proposed method not only brings significant economic benefits, but also provides valuable practical experience and reference examples for the modernization of the construction industry.
