基于Revit的二次开发在建筑电气设计负荷统计的应用研究

Research on the Application of Load Statistics for Building Electrical Design Based on Revit Secondary Development

  • 摘要: 在建筑电气设计领域,负荷统计长期存在人力投入大、效率低、易出错及结果难以追溯等问题。为应对上述挑战,本研究基于BIM正向设计理念,依托Revit平台开展二次开发,提出一种负荷统计自动化方法。通过C#语言调用Revit API,研发了内嵌Revit环境的专用插件,具备建筑房间参数自动提取、标准电气空间和分区智能生成、负荷密度指标灵活配置以及统计规则动态管理等功能,并在某建筑面积约14 000 m2的金融建筑项目中对该方法进行了验证。结果表明,相较于基于“二维CAD +电子表格”的传统方法,本方法在应对频繁设计变更时能够显著提高设计效率,同时实现了统计结果的可追溯,并为后续设计提供了结构化数据支撑。本研究不仅推动了负荷统计从人工粗放模式向自动精准的范式转变,也为BIM技术在建筑电气专业中的深度应用提供了可复用的技术路径。

     

    Abstract: In building electrical design, load statistics has long been plagued by high labor input, low efficiency, error-prone processes, and poor traceability of results. To address these challenges, this study adopts a BIM-forward design approach and develops an automated solution through secondary development on the Revit platform. A special plug-in for embedded Revit environment is developed by calling Revit API through C # language. The plug-in has the functions of automatic extraction of building room parameters, intelligent generation of standard electrical space and partition, flexible configuration of load density index and dynamic management of statistical rules. The method is verified in a financial construction project with a construction area of about 14 000 m2. Results show that, compared to the traditional method relying on 2D CAD and spreadsheets, the proposed approach significantly improves design efficiency when dealing with frequent design changes. It also achieves traceability of statistical results and provides a structured data base for subsequent design stages. This research contributes to a paradigm shift in load statistics—from manual and approximate to automated and precise—and offers a reusable technical route for deeper integration of BIM technology in building electrical engineering.
