建设管理视角下机场工程智慧管理协同平台设计与应用

Design and Application of an Intelligent Management Collaborative Platform for Airport Engineering from a Construction Management Perspective

  • 摘要: 早期机场建设多依赖纸质表单和口头传达,管理人员需投入大量时间精力,且易导致信息丢失、管理混乱、效率低下。尽管现有信息化平台较多,但多为参建单位内部使用,缺乏从建设管理者视角出发的综合管理平台,难以满足大型机场工程建设的高效需求。因此,本文从建设管理视角出发,对首都机场工程项目建设管理中存在的问题进行剖析,采用“PBS+BIM”技术,研发一款智慧协同管理平台,并结合北京首都机场项目实例分析其在内部流程、进度管控及沟通协同等方面的应用效果。结果表明,该平台能有效支撑大型机场项目的精细化与高效管理协同工作,通过数字化协同平台的实时数据交互功能,有效解决了传统管理中的信息异步问题,实现资源的精准配置,构建多方参与的透明化协作环境。

     

    Abstract: In early stage, airport construction predominantly relied on paper-based forms and verbal communication, requiring significant time and effort from management personnel while being prone to information loss, management chaos, and inefficiency. Although there are many existing information platforms, most of them are used internally by participating units. The lack of an integrated management platform from the perspective of construction managers makes it difficult to meet the efficient needs of large airport construction. Therefore, this study, from a construction management perspective, analyzes the challenges in Capital Airport's engineering project management and develops an intelligent collaborative management platform using "PBS+BIM" technology. Through case studies of Beijing Capital Airport projects, the platform's effectiveness in internal processes, progress control, and communication coordination is evaluated. The results demonstrate that the platform effectively supports refined and efficient collaborative management in large-scale airport projects. By enabling real-time data interaction through the digital collaborative platform, the proposed method resolves traditional information asynchrony issues, achieves precise resource allocation, and fosters a transparent multi-party collaborative environment.
