Abstract:
This paper focuses on intelligent inspection and monitoring technologies for long-span steel box girder suspension bridges. At the level of defect information management, a smart management system is constructed to address innovations in algorithms and equipment. In terms of equipment operation and maintenance control, a unified management and control system is established, along with the expansion of mobile terminal functionalities and other additional features, creating a comprehensive management platform. The study employs BIM and GIS technologies to achieve centralized storage and efficient management of intelligent inspection data for surface defects. By building a centralized unified management and control system, the remote control and monitoring of automatic and intelligent inspection equipment are supported. Techniques such as detailed 3D modeling, large-screen display system development, and mobile application customization are utilized to expand bridge management functionalities. A visualization tool for defect distribution is developed, significantly improving the efficiency of information retrieval for management units. The system enables remote unified management of inspection equipment, greatly enhancing operational efficiency, and establishes a comprehensive, efficient, and convenient integrated management platform for long-span bridge management units, strongly advancing the intelligentization of bridge management.
