基于BIM技术的大型复杂项目全过程数字化管理研究

Research on the Digital Management of the Whole Process of Large and Complex Projects Based on BIM Technology

  • 摘要: 大型复杂项目施工往往面临工程量较大、工序复杂及施工管理难度较大的难题,传统管理模式已无法适应新时代下的建筑工程项目管理需求,随着云计算、大数据、物联网及人工智能等数字化技术的加速演进,基于BIM技术的数字管理日渐成熟。文章依托中建八局上海美的全球创新园区项目,围绕数字建造、数字化作业指挥平台和数字供应链3大系统的运行机制,从绿色低碳建造策划与实施、可视化管理和智慧采购3个方面,探讨了BIM技术在大型复杂项目全过程数字化管理中的应用。实践表明,BIM技术及数字化管理能够有效优化、完善大型复杂工程的管理流程,提高管理水平和质量。

     

    Abstract: The construction of large and complex projects often involves a large amount of work, complex procedures, and difficult construction management. Traditional management models are no longer suitable for the management requirements of construction projects in the new era. With the rapid evolution of digital technologies such as cloud computing, big data, the Internet of Things, and artificial intelligence, digital management based on BIM (Building Information Modeling) technology is becoming increasingly mature. Based on the Shanghai Midea Global Innovation Park project of China Construction Eighth Engineering Division, this paper explores the application of BIM technology in the full process digital management of large and complex projects from three aspects: green and low-carbon construction planning and implementation, visual management, and smart procurement, focusing on the operational mechanisms of three major systems: digital construction, digital operation command platform, and digital supply chain. Practice has shown that BIM technology and digital management can effectively optimize and improve the management process of large and complex projects, enhance management level and quality.
