基于BIM和Twinmotion的建筑可视化应用研究

  • 摘要: 本文针对建筑行业高标准可视化需求与传统工具低效低精度之间的根本矛盾,以及BIM技术作为高精度的信息载体与Twinmotion实时渲染引擎协同研究系统性不足的现状,构建了一个BIM和Twinmotion融合应用的技术框架。通过系统性梳理从BIM模型数据到多模态渲染输出的应用流程拓扑图,深入探究了二者的技术联动机制;并聚焦Twinmotion软件的动态资源库、智能场景构建和实时交互与输出的3大核心模块,基于其功能技术特性在建筑可视化领域的建筑外观设计、室内装饰方案、景观方案设计和城市规划与模拟4大应用方向上开展实证研究。最终形成了一套建筑可视化领域内从模型构建、动态场景到可视化应用落地的可复用操作流程与方法论,有效推动了行业向实时渲染与沉浸式交互的方向演进,显著改变了行业协同模式与可视化应用范式。

     

    Abstract: This paper addresses the fundamental contradiction between the high-standard visualization demands of the construction industry and the inefficiency and low precision of traditional tools, as well as the current situation where the collaborative research on BIM technology as a high-precision information carrier and the Twinmotion real-time rendering engine lacks systematicness. It constructs a technical framework for the integrated application of BIM and Twinmotion. By systematically sorting out the application process topology diagram from BIM model data to multimodal rendering output, the technical linkage mechanism between the two was deeply explored. And this study focus on the three core modules of Twinmotion software, namely the dynamic resource library, intelligent scene construction, and real-time interaction and output. Based on its functional and technical characteristics, conduct empirical research in the four application directions of architectural appearance design, interior decoration scheme, landscape scheme design, and urban planning and simulation in the field of architectural visualization. Ultimately, a set of reusable operation processes and methodologies in the field of architectural visualization, from model construction, dynamic scenes to the implementation of visualization applications, has been formed, effectively promoting the industry's evolution towards real-time rendering and immersive interaction, and significantly changing the industry's collaborative model and visualization application paradigm.
