Abstract:
This paper takes the Xianyang Smart Industrial Park of Xidian Group as the research object. By applying BIM technology, a collaborative mode of "dynamic cooperation and mutual information provision" between the BIM team and the design team is established, and a BIM technical standard and control system are formulated. During the project implementation, BIM technology permeates multiple links. In the structural deepening design, issues like the collision of pipe trenches are addressed. In the refinement of the fine decoration, the net height and the nodes of the fine decoration are optimized. In the deepening of the outdoor project, accurate calculation of earthwork and pre-simulation of pipeline network collisions are achieved. In the deepening of the steel structure, intelligent processing and welding are promoted. Through the integration of the entire process of design and construction by BIM, the collaborative efficiency of multiple specialties is enhanced, construction rework is reduced, costs are precisely controlled, and the quality and progress of the project are ensured. This study provides a practical example for the construction of smart industrial parks and the digital transformation of the construction industry, highlights the core value of BIM technology in optimizing design and construction management and improving project efficiency, and offers a referable solution for similar projects.
