Abstract:
Currently, traditional steel bar detailing methods such as the CAD conversion method or the single component method have limitations in terms of visualization and extended applications. Additionally, Revit secondary development technology has limited capabilities in terms of standard localization and cross-platform data interoperability, which cannot fully meet the actual needs of steel bar engineering. Based on this, this paper proposes a 3D steel bar optimization method that integrates budget model data and construction algorithms. By introducing and reusing the GTJ budget model for one-mode multi-use, and using the built-in construction algorithm rules, considering the force, structure and processing logic of the steel bar, the spatial arrangement of the steel bar is optimized, and then the refined editing is carried out in the reprofiling environment to form a steel bar sheet and engineering data based on the three-dimensional model. In order to solve the industry problems such as limited technical means, lack of control benchmarks, and lack of overall planning of links, so as to provide reference for project management decision-making. Thus, accurate control of steel costs can be achieved.
