Abstract:
In recent years, China has made a series of deployments and promotions in the digital economy. BIM technology has been widely applied in various stages of the entire life cycle of construction project management, but there are still issues of insufficient informatization and intelligentization. As a highly promising emerging technology, digital twin technology is continuously expanding into fields such as engineering construction. To further enhance the intelligentization of project management and make full use of the characteristics of BIM such as visualization, coordination, simulation, and mapability, this paper, combining the characteristics of digital twin such as interoperability, real-time scalability, and fidelity, adopts the approach of integrating BIM and digital twin technology to construct a BIM-based digital twin project management architecture, and analyzes key technologies such as the establishment of digital dynamic models, simulation-based modeling, and personalized output. Meanwhile, taking a super high-rise project as the object, it conducts research and exploration on the practical application in aspects such as organizational structure, the construction of BIM-based project "digital twins", and the establishment of virtual-real mapping, providing new exploration and attempts for the application of digital twins in project management during the construction phase of buildings
