基于工程任务的数字化设计评价方法

Digital Design Evaluation Method Based on Engineering Tasks

  • 摘要: 智能建造作为建筑业高质量发展的重要路径,是以智能技术为核心的多技术融合创新模式。在国家政策推动下,目前我国已确立24个智能建造试点城市,正在加快构建技术实施方案与项目评价体系。与传统简单累加技术应用点的评价方式不同,本文创新地提出一种基于工程任务数字化设计评价方法。通过评价指标及权重的设置,满足不同项目类型、不同任务颗粒度的评价需求,具备更优的拓展性。并基于实际工程案例的试评价,验证了该评价方法的合理性及可操作性。目前《建筑工程智能建造标准》已采用该方法作为项目智能建造评价的基础,为行业提供了可落地、可参考的项目智能建造评价方案。

     

    Abstract: As a critical pathway for high-quality development of the construction industry, intelligent construction represents an innovative model that integrates multiple technologies with intelligent systems at its core. Driven by national policies, China has designated 24 pilot cities to accelerate the establishment of technical implementation plans and project evaluation systems. Unlike traditional evaluation methods that merely aggregate technology application points, this paper proposes a digital design evaluation method based on engineering tasks. By defining evaluation indicators and weights, this method accommodates the requirements of diverse project types and task granularities while offering superior scalability.Furthermore, the validity and operability of the method have been verified through pilot evaluations of actual engineering cases.This method has since been adopted as the basis for project evaluation in the Standard for Intelligent Construction of Building Project, providing the industry with a practical and replicable solution for intelligent construction evaluation
