Abstract:
The karst caves develop intensely in the karst strata, which induces great difficulty in the construction of airport engineering. The traditional grouting method cannot perceive the grouting amount and the grouting state information of different hole positions, so it is difficult to ensure the quality and safety of the project. Therefore, in view of the karst cave foundation treatment project of a large airport in Guangdong Province, the development of karst cave in the field area is statistically analyzed firstly. On this basis, the digital grouting equipment and digital grouting management and control platform are independently developed. Combined with Internet of Things, sensing, GIS and other technologies, the grouting volume and process are automatically identified, and the digital grouting management and control method for large projects is proposed. The research shows that the use of digital grouting control can accurately perceive the physical quantities in the construction process, and realize the accurate allocation of water-cement ratio and real-time measurement of grouting amount. Digital measurement can accurately obtain the grouting amount. The actual volume of low-grade concrete poured was 0.3% less than the estimated volume in the survey, and the actual volume of grouting through the sleeve valve pipe was 0.04% less than the estimated volume in the survey. Based on the digital grouting control platform, the standard penetration value of the karst cave after treatment is 1.8 times higher than the control value. The intelligent treatment of large-area bad foundation by using information sensing and other technologies is the development direction of intelligent construction and lean management of airport engineering.
