基于BIM的EPC+O模式研究与应用

Research and Application of the EPC+O Model Based on BIM

  • 摘要: 随着建筑行业的迅速发展,EPC模式成为工程承包的主导范式,BIM作为具备可视化和集成性的信息管理技术在EPC项目中广泛被利用,然而该技术在实际应用过程中也存在着信息割裂、运营脱节的缺陷。EPC+O作为EPC模式的新型衍生模式,将设计、采购、施工以及运维等建筑全生命周期的关键环节进行了有机整合。通过解构EPC+O管理模式的各个环节,提出包含设计、施工、运维全过程业务数据的EPC+O集成设计创新模型。阐述在EPC+O的建造管理模式下,业务系统数据与BIM模型联动共享的关键技术与实施路径,并基于济南市某医院建造进行案例应用展示与验证。结论充分体现了EPC+O模式的集成联动效果,在保证建筑质量的前提下,达到降本增效的目的,为工程新型建造模式的探索提供思路和方案。

     

    Abstract: With the rapid development of the construction industry, EPC mode has become the leading paradigm of engineering contracting. BIM, as a visualization and integrated information management technology, is widely used in EPC projects. However, there are also defects of information fragmentation and operation disconnection in the actual application process of this technology. As a new derivative model of EPC model, EPC+O organically integrates the key links of the whole life cycle of buildings such as design, procurement, construction and operation and maintenance. Through deconstructing all aspects of EPC+O management mode, the EPC+O integrated design innovation model is proposed, which includes the whole process of design, construction, operation and maintenance business data. Under EPC+O construction management mode, the key technology and implementation path of linkage and sharing of business system data and BIM model are expounded, and the case application demonstration and verification are carried out based on the construction of a hospital in Jinan City. The conclusion fully embodies the integrated linkage effect of EPC+O mode, achieves the purpose of reducing cost and increasing efficiency under the premise of ensuring construction quality, and provides ideas and schemes for the exploration of new construction mode of engineering.
