Abstract:
This paper systematically explores the impact of the development of Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) technology on the learning of Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology. Through technological innovation and application integration, AGI provides opportunities for BIM learning, such as personalized learning path reconstruction, simplified cross-platform collaboration, and liberation from mechanical labor, significantly reducing the complexity of BIM technology learning. However, the integration of AGI and BIM also faces challenges such as heterogeneous system integration barriers, algorithm black box risks, data security threats, and lagging education systems. Through research and analysis, this paper proposes countermeasures and suggestions such as open source community construction, trusted technology research and development, and curriculum system reconstruction. It points out that the technological dividends of AGI coexist with the risks of industrial transformation. In the future, it is necessary to promote the intelligent upgrading of BIM technology learning and application through policy guidance, educational innovation, and standard coordination, to achieve sustainable development in the digital transformation of the construction industry.
