Innovative Auxiliary Management of BIM Technology in Municipal Engineering Projects

  • 摘要: 本文深入探讨了BIM技术在空港新城T5站前商务区市政基础设施项目中的创新辅助管理应用。从BIM技术的可视化、数据集成与协同性等核心特性出发,分析了其在项目管理及协调难度大、施工组织复杂等重难点问题上的解决方案。详细阐述了集成化BIM管理平台以及基于Bentley的辅助管理解决方案,包括工程算量、碰撞检测及进度控制等方面的应用,并分别说明了BIM技术对技术质量部门、生产管理部门和商务管理部门的辅助管理作用。同时,本文指出了BIM技术应用过程中面临的挑战及相应对策,旨在强调BIM技术在提升市政工程施工管理水平、推动建筑行业向数字化与智能化方向发展中的重要价值。

     

    Abstract: This paper delves into the innovative auxiliary management role of BIM technology applied in the T5 Station Front Business District municipal infrastructure project of Airport New City. Starting from the core features of BIM technology, namely visualization, data integration and collaboration, it analyzes how BIM addresses key challenges in project management and construction organization. It elaborates on the integrated BIM management platform and Bentley-based solutions, covering applications like engineering cost estimation, clash detection and schedule control, while explaining the auxiliary management effects on technical quality, production and business departments. Also, it points out the challenges in BIM application and corresponding countermeasures, aiming to highlight BIM's significance in enhancing municipal construction management and driving the construction industry's digital and intelligent development.
