Abstract:
With the deepening of the integration of the new generation of information technology with the construction industry, the construction industry is accelerating the pace of transformation to digitalization and intelligence. Traditional BIM (Building Information Model) technology lacks data integration, intelligent analysis, and the application of the entire life cycle, making it difficult to meet the decision-making needs of complex building scenarios. This paper mainly focuses on the creation and application of BIM data models, aiming to break through the bottleneck of traditional BIM development with the help of the integration of multiple technologies. Firstly, the essential characteristics of BIM, big data and artificial intelligence and their application potential in the field of architecture are analyzed, and how these three technologies are integrated. Then, the BIM data model structure covering the data layer, technical support layer and application layer is designed to form a data link for the whole life cycle. After that, the intelligent acquisition and governance methods of building big data are explored, and the BIM data standards are given. Finally, according to the example of medical buildings, it describes how to apply intelligent analysis algorithms to design improvement, construction management and operation and maintenance decisions. It is found that the BIM data model relies on multi-technology collaboration to effectively improve the data utilization of the whole life cycle of buildings, which has important reference significance for the digital transformation of the construction industry.
