基于BIMBase的桥梁结构快速建模研究

Research on Rapid Modeling of Bridge Structure Based on BIMBase

  • 摘要: 随着经济的发展,桥梁的数量也不断增加,传统的三维建模方法流程复杂、模型修改繁琐,导致设计时建模效率低,难以满足现代桥梁工程的需求。本文基于国产BIMBase平台,开发了桥梁结构的参数化建模工具,填补了国产BIM建模软件在桥梁工程中的应用空白。通过对软件的二次开发,本文成功构建了一个桥梁结构的快速建模平台,通过构建桥梁构件的参数化驱动模型(如箱梁截面参数与几何生成的动态关联)和拓扑关系维护机制(如桩基-承台联动更新),实现了模型快速生成与实时修改,弥补了BIMBase在桥梁建模功能上的局限性,并通过实际工程案例验证了短时间内可完成桥梁模型的创建和修改,显著提升了设计效率。

     

    Abstract: With the continuous development of economy, the number of bridge structures is constantly increasing. The traditional three-dimensional modeling method is complicated in process and cumbersome in model modification, which leads to low modeling efficiency in design and is difficult to meet the needs of modern bridge engineering. In this paper, a parametric modeling tool of bridge structure is developed based on the BIMBase platform, which fills the gap in the application of domestic BIM modeling software in bridge engineering. Through the secondary development of the software, a rapid modeling platform of bridge structure was successfully built. By building the parameterized driving model of bridge components (such as the dynamic correlation between box girder section parameters and geometric generation) and the maintenance mechanism of topological relationship (such as the linkage update of pile foundation and cap), the model was quickly generated and modified in real time. It makes up for the limitations of BIMBase in bridge modeling function. Finally, through practical engineering cases, it is proved that the bridge model can be created and modified in a short time, which reduces the repetitive labor in traditional modeling and significantly improves the design efficiency.
