地铁隧道盾构施工地表变形影响因素分析

Influence Factors of Ground Surface Subsidence Induced by Shield Tunneling in Subway Construction

  • 摘要: 地铁盾构由于其高机械化、高自动化、对周边建(构)筑物影响小等优点在地铁隧道中广泛应用。但隧道施工过程中产生的地层沉降易导致地表建构筑物倾斜,甚至开裂、倒塌,施工中存在很多风险隐患,事故频发。本文以武汉地铁二号线某区间隧道为背景,通过现场实际监测数据系统分析盾构掘进过程中地表沉降的时空效应及影响因素,并探讨隧道设计参数、地质情况和施工参数三个因素对地表沉降的影响,总结地表沉降规律,指导盾构掘进参数的优化调整,从而降低和控制工程安全风险,并为类似工程提供有益参考。

     

    Abstract: Because of its high mechanization, high automation and low-impact to the surrounding buildings and structures, shield tunneling has been widely used in the subway tunnel construction. However, deformation of stratum induced by shield tunneling is prone to cause inclination and even cracking or collapse of surrounding buildings. So there are so many safety risks in the subway tunnel construction that lead to frequent accidents. Based on the site measurement results, this article chooses a certain subway tunnel section of Line No. 2 of Wuhan Metro to systematically analyze and summarize the spatial and temporal effects and influence factors of the surface subsidence including the tunnel design parameters, geological conditions and the construction parameters. The research results are helpful to the shield operation parameter optimization and adjustments, controlling and reduction of the safety risks in the construction, and provide a useful reference for similar constructions in the future.
