摘要:文章通过对于现有绿色BIM技术在建筑全生命周期中的应用分析, 包括绿色BIM在规划选址、场地分析, 建筑设计, 建造施工, 运行维护, 翻新改造五大过程。认为绿色BIM在国内建筑领域将会有很大的发展潜力和空间, 并总结了五点绿色BIM在今后国内应用过程中应注意的问题。
Abstract: Through the existing Green BIM technology in the building life cycle analysis, including the Green BIM in the planning and site selection, site analysis, architectural design, building construction, operation and maintenance, refurbishment of the five process, the author believed that Green BIM in the domestic construction sector has great potential for development and space.The paper summed up the five-point Green BIM in the future domestic application process should pay attention to the problem.
