Abstract: BIM technology applications and BIM team building mode in construction enterprises are worth thinking in construction industry.This paper presents the BIM team building process, project application, special issue establishment and the achievement, explors new technology and applications, improved the traditional BIM application, this article provided experience for the construction enterprise in BIM team building.
