Abstract: There are significant variations in cost estimation between foreign projects and domestic projects. As the only one specialized software which is developed according to the characteristics of foreign projects, PKPM Cost Estimate Software for Foreign Projects helps to improve the work efficiency of the cost engineer, and to enhance the level of cost management for foreign projects. This paper introduces the application scope of the software, and describes the features and core strengths combining the practical application scenarios, also a comparative analysis is made with other cost estimate tools.
