摘要:随着BIM技术的认知度逐步加深，越来越多的设计院开始了新技术的推广与应用, 在设计由二维向三维的转型时期，合理的人员统筹成为项目顺利进行的关键。
Abstract: Many architectural design firms started to apply and spread the new technology when BIM is acquired in all the attentions.It has become the key point that reasonable staff coordination since design is developed from 2D to 3D.
