Abstract: Starting from specifying implementation goal, selecting implementation mode and building implementation framework, this paper introduces implementation management of BIM in National Convention and Exhibition Centre (Tianjin) Project, analyzes BIM’s advantages at design stage, and summerizes problems occurred in the procedure.
